Look, we're done pretending AI is the "future of work." It's here. It's now. It's in your Slack, your email, your candidate scorecards, and probably your nightmares. As co-leaders of Talent Collective, we're building a community of recruiting leaders who've stopped asking "should we use AI?" and started asking "how do we use it without accidentally hiring a sentient chatbot to our VP of Sales?"

This group is about sharing real wins, failures, and shortcuts—the stuff that actually moves recruiting metrics. Whether you're building MCPs at 2 AM or you still think "prompt" is just what a theater director does, this is your space. No judgment. Just collective learning. (Pun intended.) We're launching because great recruiting leaders deserve great tools, and even better weirdos to figure them out with. Let's build it.
